Job Summary
Outpatient Family Medicine physician position in Santa Cruz, CA within a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model. Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse community with autonomy to practice medicine with minimal bureaucracy. Work alongside a collaborative team of physicians, with administrative support to focus on patient care. Flexible scheduling and emphasis on work-life balance, with opportunities for professional growth and community engagement. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus. Compensation includes a salary guarantee of $300,000 with productivity incentives, sign-on bonus up to $125,000, relocation assistance up to $20,000, loan repayment options, PSLF-eligible employer, CME allowance, and comprehensive benefits. Required Qualifications
- Medical license in good standing
- MD or DO degree (implied for physician role)
- Board certification in Family Medicine or eligibility
