Job Summary
Faculty Family Medicine Physician sought to join the core faculty of a large residency program; position offers a balanced mix of outpatient and inpatient care with opportunities to educate ~12 Family Medicine residents per year, plus ongoing academic teaching and faculty development. Ideal candidate will be board-certified in Family Medicine, able to obtain South Carolina medical license, and demonstrate a love of teaching. Prior academic teaching is preferred but not required; POCUS or Sports Medicine training is a plus, and obstetrical care is encouraged but not required. Required Qualifications
- Family Medicine board certification
- Ability to obtain SC medical license
- Background of practical experience or faculty development fellowship
- Prior academic teaching is preferred (not required)
