Job Summary
Provide comprehensive medical care to adolescents in the legal system as part of the HEAL Program, including medical screenings, vaccinations, diagnoses, and treatment plans. Responsibilities include collaborating with staff, ensuring safety and security, documenting patient care, managing medication, and providing health education. Participate in patient outreach and case conferences, and assist in the development of medical protocols. Requires current NYS Physician registration, board certification, and three years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current New York State Physician registration
- Board Certification in Family Medicine
- Minimum three years related experience in family, pediatric, adolescent urban populations
- Must pass all appropriate screenings to work in a secured setting with young people

- Spanish language proficiency preferred (Not Required)
