Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients as a Family Medicine Physician at an Article 28 Facility in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, NY. Responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, diagnosing conditions, developing treatment plans, managing acute and chronic illnesses, maintaining accurate medical documentation, and collaborating with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals. Qualifications include MD or DO from an accredited medical school, active state medical license, board certification, and at least one year of post-residency outpatient experience; bilingual Spanish is preferred.
