Job Summary
Family Medicine Physician at an FQHC in Klamath Falls, OR. Provide full-scope primary care, preventive services, and patient management in a collaborative, team-based care model. Responsibilities include complete examinations, health maintenance screening, documentation and chart reviews, inpatient care as appropriate, call coverage, and supervision of trainees as needed. The role requires board certification or eligibility in family medicine, medical degree, and an Oregon medical license with a DEA license and CPR. Willingness to work some evenings and weekends. Required Qualifications
- Board certification or Board eligibility in family medicine
- Graduation from an accredited school of medicine
- Current, valid license to practice medicine in the State of Oregon, including a DEA license and CPR
- Experience in medically needy/underserved communities and community health center environment preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Confidentiality and cultural sensitivity
