Job Summary
Family Medicine Physician in an outpatient-only setting at a multi-location Community Health Center in northeastern North Carolina. Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to a diverse patient population; diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions; perform routine health screenings and preventive care; participate in a light telephonic call rotation; maintain accurate records. FM/IM/Med-Ped candidates must be BC/BE; MD or DO required; NC license active; strong team-oriented, compassionate clinician with excellent communication and cultural competency. eClinicalWorks experience preferred. Competitive compensation ($200k-$230k), benefits (medical/dental/vision), PTO, holidays, educational loan assistance, relocation assistance up to $10k, and sign-on bonus ($30k-$75k). Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Active North Carolina Medical License
- Credentialing 90-120 days to Major Insurance Co
- BC/BE for practicing providers
- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks
- Strong communication, cultural competency, and team-oriented mindset
- Outpatient primary care in a community health center setting
- Availability for Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Ability to provide patient-centered care and preventive services
