Job Summary
Family Medicine Physician for a Federally Qualified Health Center in Sandusky, OH. Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, lead quality improvement efforts, and mentor providers and staff. Roles include collaboration with leadership on new projects, supporting recruitment, development, and retention of clinical staff, and continuing education to maintain board certification. Ideal candidates hold an MD or DO from an accredited medical school, are board-certified in Family Medicine, and are eligible for Ohio medical licensure; new graduates welcome with experience a plus. This on-site, full-time position offers a flexible 4-day/10-hour or 5-day schedule, loan forgiveness up to $50,000 through FQHC programs, relocation allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Eligible for Ohio medical licensure
- Experience: Open to New Graduates, but experienced candidates are a plus.
