Job Summary
Outpatient-focused Family Medicine Physician needed to provide comprehensive patient-centered primary care at a multi-location Community Health Center in Roanoke Rapids, NC. Responsibilities include diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, performing routine health screenings and preventive care, maintaining accurate patient records, and participating in a light telephonic call rotation. Requires MD or DO, active NC license, BC/BE or open to new graduates, and proficiency in eClinicalWorks. Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with no hospital call; relocation bonus up to $10,000 available and sign-on up to $75,000; benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, holidays, malpractice and licensure coverage. Sign-on and relocation benefits active; candidate must be BC/BE and legally allowed to practice in NC.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Active North Carolina Medical License
- Credentialing 90-120 days with major insurance Co.
- BC/BE or open to new graduates
- Proficiency in eClinicalWorks
