Job Summary
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages, diagnosing and treating acute and chronic medical conditions. Conduct preventive screenings, wellness exams, and health education sessions while developing individualized care plans. Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and administrative staff for seamless delivery, and maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system. Participate in team-based care initiatives and quality improvement programs. This full-time, permanent role offers a stable weekday schedule with no hospital call, emphasizing preventive care and long-term patient relationships in a supportive community setting.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- eligible for Oklahoma medical licensure
