Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive primary care to patients across all age groups, performing routine exams, preventive screenings, and managing chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of nurses, specialists, and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care while promoting preventive health, patient education, and wellness initiatives. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) system and participate in quality improvement and professional development initiatives. This full-time, outpatient-only role includes a predictable Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule with no call requirements. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- eligible for South Carolina medical licensure
