Family Medicine Physician

Deliver acute care, preventive care, and chronic disease management across all ages in a 100% outpatient role. Provide continuous, comprehensive care to patients and families, supported by a nursing team that handles phone-only calls. Manage a volume of 18 patients daily with 32 patient-facing hours per week, utilizing 50-minute visits for new patients and 25-minute follow-ups. Maintain a New Hampshire medical license and hold BC/BE status in family medicine. This position offers manageable on-call responsibilities within Dartmouth Health's Cheshire Medical Center campus, providing seamless access to hospital services and specialty departments.
