Family Medicine Physician (D.O. or M.D.)

Provide evidence-based, comprehensive primary and preventive care to a diverse patient population in a Federally Qualified Health Center setting. Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to inform clinical decision-making while maintaining accurate documentation in the Electronic Medical Record system. Collaborate with internal staff and external consultants to ensure coordinated care, supervise mid-level practitioners as needed, and actively engage in quality improvement initiatives and policy development. Participate in the after-hours on-call provider rotation and uphold patient confidentiality per HIPAA standards. Respond to communications within 48 hours and meet benchmarks in Clinical Performance Measures for diabetes, hypertension, and cancer screening. Contribute to patient outreach efforts and support the organization's mission of serving uninsured and underserved communities in Virginia.
