Family Medicine Physician & Core Faculty

Provide primary health care to center patients within the family practice model while serving on committees, discharging administrative responsibilities, and attending departmental meetings. Participate in night and weekend on-call coverage rotation and assume teaching responsibilities as assigned, including instructing residents on patient care to ensure they become practice-ready. Provide professional supervision of provider personnel and support staff, employing a scholarly approach to improve individual and population health through graduate medical education. Maintain current New York State license, BLS, infection control certification, DEA registration, and American Board of Family Medicine certification.
