Job Summary
BE/BC Family Medicine Physician sought for a 100% outpatient Primary Care role in Mattoon, IL. Opportunity includes Monday–Friday schedule, teaching responsibilities for Family Medicine residents and medical students, and potential academic affiliation with Carle Illinois College of Medicine. Practice is supported by two experienced APPs; call is 1:5 telephone-only and aided by a nurse advisory line. Additional benefits include relocation allowance, CME allowance, health/dental/life insurance, a 403-B with employer match, LTD, paid malpractice with tail coverage, and public service loan forgiveness eligibility. The compensation range is $325,000–$360,000 and the position offers options for full-time and part-time employment. Relocation assistance is provided.
