Job Summary
Family Medicine Physician provides comprehensive primary care across the lifespan in a Rural Health Center setting. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary care team to assess, diagnose, treat, prescribe, and educate patients, with on-site testing (diabetic testing, urinalysis, pregnancy testing) and strong APP support (1:1 MA, RN Care Coordinator, Social Work). Works within an integrated health system structure with a focus on high-quality patient care, community engagement, and team-based practice. Opportunity includes loan forgiveness eligibility and tuition reimbursement; located at Rising Sun, Indiana, with supported practice infrastructure and credentialing processes.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited medical school
- Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Family Medicine residency
- Ability to obtain medical licensure in the state of practice
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
- Must achieve and maintain board certification within six years of completing residency
- Board certification recognized by the ABMS or AOA
