Job Summary
Family Medicine Physician needed to manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits, with in-office and occasional tele-health visits. Role involves collaboration with in-office and virtual clinical teams, performing in-office procedures, supervising NP/PA colleagues, ongoing learning through weekly Clinical Rounds, and potential licensure/credentialing expansion to additional states. Based in Columbus, OH at Easton Town Center clinic; full-time, patient-centered primary care with emphasis on human-centered care and effective use of technology.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing all ages (0+)
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of start date
- State licensed in Ohio, obtained before start date
