Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care in outpatient settings with in-office and tele-health visits, managing a patient panel across acute, chronic, and wellness needs. Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams, participate in weekly clinical rounds, and perform in-office procedures as allowed. Requires residency completion, board certification or eligible status, and state licensure in New Jersey, with readiness to obtain additional licensure for virtual primary care in other states. Based in Hoboken, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Completed Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatric residency program
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year
- State licensed in New Jersey, obtained before start date
- Willingness to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in additional states
