Job Summary
Conduct outpatient family medicine practice in a home health setting, managing 16-22 patients daily from Monday through Friday, 7a-5p. Maintain Virginia State medical licensure, Board Certification in Family or Internal Medicine, and hold BLS, DEA, and DOT certifications. Complete credentialing within 30 days. Earn between $139.68 and $151.20 per hour as a locum tenens contractor. AMN Healthcare provides malpractice insurance, travel, lodging, and transportation support.
Required Qualifications
- Virginia State medical license
- Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) and Department of Transportation (DOT) certified or willing to obtain
- Schedule: Monday – Friday 7a-5p, 3-5 days per week
