Job Summary
Provide routine and preventive primary care for adults and children in an outpatient setting in Chester, PA, including physical exams, management of acute and chronic conditions, and coordination with a multidisciplinary team. Supervise nurse practitioners and physician assistants, participate in emergency call coverage (weekends/holidays), educate patients on health maintenance, and contribute to community health initiatives while meeting productivity and documentation standards in EMR systems. Strong communication, diagnostic, and team collaboration skills, with a commitment to culturally sensitive care and serving medically underserved populations. Eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and loan repayment programs.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited medical school
- Completion of an approved residency program in Family Medicine
- Unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license
- Board eligibility required; board certification preferred
- DEA certification
- Current COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required
- Experience in ambulatory primary care or community health preferred
