Outpatient Family Medicine physician needed to join a collegial team of 2 physicians and 3 APPs in Cedar Falls, IA. Role emphasizes full-spectrum outpatient care for all ages, with no weekends or evenings and a minimal call schedule (1:6, phone-only, triage by nurse). Single-practice location with on-site lab, MRI, and x-ray, and access to MercyOne specialists. Virtual visits/telehealth supported. H1B sponsorship welcomed. Competitive compensation includes a 2-year income guarantee of $290,191 per year plus production incentives and longevity bonuses, plus a $150k bonus package and relocation allowance up to $15,000. Required Qualifications
- BC/BE in Family Medicine
- Board certification within three years of becoming eligible
- MD or DO license
