Job Summary
Outpatient Family Medicine opportunity in Lockport, NY for a full-time physician within a multi-specialty Catholic Health system. The role seeks a Board Certified/Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to provide primary care within a renovated outpatient setting, supported by a strong team and Epic EMR. Competitive salary with productivity incentives, relocation/retention recruitment incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health/dental/vision, 403(b), CME allowance, and malpractice coverage. PLLF eligibility noted; practice operates within a four-hospital integrated system in the Western New York region. Required Qualifications
- Board Certification or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Current, unrestricted New York State medical license or licensure in progress and active on date of hire
- Current, unrestricted federal and state prescriptive authority as needed
