Job Summary
Family Medicine Physician sought for a full-time outpatient role in Lockport, NY within Trinity Medical, a Catholic Health multispecialty group. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Current, unrestricted New York State medical license or licensure in progress and active on date of hire
- Current, unrestricted federal and state prescriptive authority as needed
- NYC/Western New York regional practice setting experience preferred
- Ability to practice in an outpatient, renovated clinic
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- Eligible for PSLF (Public Service Loan Forgiveness)
- Participation in CY/benefits like PTO, medical, dental, vision
- Non-Profit healthcare system affiliation with Catholic Health
