Family Medicine Physician needed for a full-time outpatient practice in Niagara County, NY. Board Certified or Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine; NY license or in-progress licensure with active date of hire; current federal and state prescriptive authority. Join Trinity Medical, a Catholic Health multispecialty group serving the Buffalo-Niagara region with a four-hospital system and outpatient offices across Western NY. The role offers an attractive salary of $285,000 plus productivity, relocation incentives, and comprehensive benefits (PTO, medical/dental/vision, 403(b), CME allowance, malpractice occurrence coverage). EPIC EMR is used. The position emphasizes outpatient care in a renovated setting within a not-for-profit system and may include PSLF eligibility. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Current, unrestricted New York State medical license or license in progress and active on date of hire
- Current, unrestricted federal prescriptive authority and state as needed
- Outpatient/ambulatory care experience (preferred)
- Epic EMR proficiency or experience
- Ability to obtain NY licensure/credentialing
- Commitment to full-time schedule and productive practice
