Job Summary
Family Medicine Physician at Catalyst Physician Group providing direct outpatient care for patients of all ages. Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, diagnostic assessments, management of acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, health maintenance, and patient education. Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, document encounters in the Athena EMR, adhere to evidence-based guidelines, participate in quality improvement and credentialing processes, and collaborate with medical assistants, nurses, APPs, and other staff to support a patient-centered, team-focused culture. Requires MD/DO with ACGME Family Medicine residency, board certification or eligibility, and active Texas license/DEA; preferred 2+ years of experience and Athena EMR familiarity.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited Family Medicine residency program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active or pending unrestricted Texas state license
- Active or pending DEA certification
