Job Summary
Family Medicine Physician needed to join Carle Health in Mattoon, IL. 100% outpatient, with 1:5 call (telephone only) and a strong emphasis on teaching Family Medicine residents and medical students. Both full-time and part-time opportunities available; Monday–Friday schedule with flexible options. Opportunity to engage in research/academic affiliation with Carle Illinois College of Medicine and potential for loan forgiveness (RIMSAP/IDPH). Relocation allowance and comprehensive benefits package (health/dental/life, 403-B with employer match, LTD, CME allowance, tail malpractice coverage). The role supports a Patient-Centered Medical Home model and a practice team including two APPs, with an emphasis on professional development, teaching, and potential involvement in academic activities.
