Job Summary
Family Medicine Physician to join Carle Health's Primary Care team in Mattoon, IL. 100% outpatient with Monday-Friday schedule, call is 1:5 telephonic and supported by a nurse advisory line. Opportunities to teach Family Medicine residents and medical students, engage in potential research/academic affiliation with Carle Illinois College of Medicine, and participate in loan-obligation programs (RIMSAP/IDPH). Comprehensive benefits including relocation allowance, CME allowance, 403-B with employer match, malpractice tail coverage, and public service loan forgiveness eligibility. Required Qualifications
- BE/BC Family Medicine Physician
- MD or DO license to practice in Illinois
- Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine
- License to practice medicine in Illinois or ability to obtain
- Relocation allowance benefits included
