Conduct outpatient family and internal medicine practice across Shenandoah, Roanoke, and New River Valleys communities including Blacksburg, Radford, and Martinsville. Coordinate care with specialists through Carilion's integrated electronic medical record system and seven hospital network. Manage patient access via a team-based approach while utilizing sub-specialty consultation resources. Salary range is $220,000-$320,000 annually with incentive tied to productivity and quality criteria. Eligible for Tier 1 and Tier 2 bonus programs, student loan repayment, and relocation allowance.
