Job Summary
Manage a developed outpatient panel of 18 patients daily in a four-day workweek with shared call responsibilities and no hospital call requirements. Deliver whole-person, community-based care across the lifespan using established examination methodologies and diagnostics within an independent practice model. Maintain patient confidentiality while adhering to legal medical guidelines and best practices in a collaborative, team-based environment. Enjoy clinical autonomy supported by experienced leadership and administrative resources as part of Oregon's largest independent, physician-led medical group.
Required Qualifications
- Highly-engaged MD/DO physician
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan
- Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
- Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
- Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
- In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Respect for patient's confidentiality
- Compassionate and approachable
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Attend work regularly and on time
