Job Summary
Manage a manageable patient load of up to 20 patients daily across all ages with a low pediatric panel, utilizing a hybrid care model of in-person visits and telemedicine. Collaborate with two MDs and two Family Nurse Practitioners within a collegial network, while precepting medical students and residents when available. Participate in committees, leadership roles, and special interest initiatives to drive professional growth. Utilize tools including EPICEMR, MyChart telemedicine, and DAX Copilot A/I to focus on patient care and minimize after-hours charting. Enjoy a flexible schedule of five eight-hour days or four ten-hour days between 7 AM and 5 PM, with a light 1:7 call rotation shared equally among group physicians.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABFM/ABMS)
- Completion of a U.S.-based Family Medicine Residency
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
