Job Summary
Outpatient-only Family Medicine physician position at MercyOne Northeast Iowa in Cedar Falls, IA. Join a collaborative team of 5 physicians and 2 APPs in a single-clinic, modern facility with 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. schedule, no inpatient hospital call, and opportunities to participate in telehealth and quality-improvement initiatives. Eligible for H-1B sponsorship; compensation includes a 2-year income guarantee of $290,191 annually plus incentives and a $150,000 bonus, moving allowance up to $15,000, and comprehensive benefits. Involvement in clinic leadership and ongoing professional development via CME; PSLF eligibility and generous time off. Board Certified/Eligible required; board certification expected within three years; drug screening required.
