Manage a full-spectrum primary care practice serving all age groups with a focus on continuity and building personal panels. Deliver 20-40 minute visits, including remote video options from home, while managing light virtual physician calls screened by nursing staff. Work a flexible schedule, such as four days a week, within a physician-led organization emphasizing collaboration, mentorship, and quality improvement initiatives.
