Family Medicine Physician Associate Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage in Medford, Oregon

Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive primary care services in a structured outpatient environment, managing a daily patient load of 10 to 15 visits across all ages. Deliver routine care, gender-affirming care, substance abuse treatment, mental health support, physicals, and sick visits alongside a collaborative team of physicians and behavioral health specialists. Utilize the EPIC EMR system for documentation while maintaining an active Oregon license, DEA, and BLS or ACLS certification. Work four 10-hour day shifts from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with no call required. This assignment supports the Federally Qualified Health Center's mission to serve the surrounding community in Medford, Oregon.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification
- Currently enrolled in Medicare
- At least 2 years of primary care experience
- Active Oregon license
- Oregon DEA
- BLS or ACLS certification
- Prescriptive Authority
- Monday through Friday schedule
- 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. shift times
- Four 10-hour shifts
- No call required
