Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages in a structured outpatient environment. Manage a daily case load of 10 to 15 patients, including routine visits, gender-affirming care, substance abuse treatment, mental health concerns, physicals, and sick visits. Work Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., with consideration for four 10-hour shifts. Collaborate with family medicine physicians, nurse practitioners, and behavioral health specialists while utilizing the EPIC EMR system. Maintain an active Oregon license, Oregon DEA, and BLS or ACLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certification
- Currently enrolled in Medicare
- At least 2 years of primary care experience
- Active Oregon license
- Oregon DEA
- BLS or ACLS certification
- Prescriptive Authority
