Family Medicine Physician (Assistant Professor)

Provide full spectrum family medicine care to over 120,000 annual patients across eight half days per week, seeing a minimum of 8–10 visits per half day while rotating through Gabriel Park, Richmond, South Waterfront, Scappoose, and Beaverton clinics. Collaborate with faculty to develop the practice into a vibrant clinical and academic operation, participating in teaching activities such as resident and student precepting, didactics, and scholarship. Document all patient encounters using the electronic health record and maintain complete, timely records consistent with department policies.
