Family Medicine Physician (Assistant Professor)

Provide full-spectrum family medicine care to over 120,000 annual patients, seeing 8–10 visits per half day across eight half days weekly while maintaining complete electronic health record documentation. Collaborate with faculty to develop the practice and participate in teaching activities including resident and student precepting, didactics, and scholarship. Serve as a clinical instructor and support expanded access hours, evenings, weekends, and call coverage, with potential inpatient care duties at OHSU or HMC shared with the faculty call group. Maintain board certification or eligibility and hold staff privileges at OHSU University Hospital, Tuality Hospital, and other community hospitals.
