Family Medicine Physician (Assistant Professor)

Conduct comprehensive primary care for patients from newborns to end-of-life, including substance use disorder and gender-affirming care, while collaborating with faculty to maintain an active practice. See patients eight half-days weekly, documenting all encounters in the electronic health record and meeting minimum targets of 8-10 visits per half-day. Participate in expanded access hours, evenings, weekends, and call coverage, alongside teaching activities and developing the clinical operation. Practice at Cascades East Family Medicine Center and Sky Lakes Medical Center in Klamath Falls, Oregon, within a collaborative interprofessional team focused on patient-centered care and innovation.
