Job Summary
Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered primary care, including high-quality diagnostic and treatment services, to improve the health and well-being of the community. Coordinate seamless care transitions for patients, managing specialized consultations, inpatient admissions, and collaborating with case management for successful discharge planning. Lead or actively participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of care delivery within the clinic and the wider system. Maintain complete and timely patient documentation and electronic medical records to ensure compliance, accurate records, and support the financial integrity of the practice. Practice autonomously to manage a solo outpatient primary care panel within a clinic environment supported by guaranteed 1:1 Medical Assistant staffing and extensive onsite ancillary services. Join an established team of four Family Practice Physicians, one Pediatrician, and one Physician Assistant at Gateway Clinic in West Allis, WI.
Required Qualifications
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
