Job Summary
Conduct full-scope clinical practice in an outpatient community health center setting serving a safety-net population. Provide family medicine services within the Valleywise Health system, which includes ten community health centers and a Level 1 Trauma and Burn Center. Manage hospital referrals through Valleywise Health Medical Center while embracing a mission focused on patient care, education, research, and community service for underserved patients. The role offers 100% outpatient work with minimal call and includes employment through District Medical Group Inc., a not-for-profit faculty group practice. Candidates will benefit from the Federal and State HPSA Loan Repayment Program and Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Family Medicine Physician
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- MD or DO
- Passion for serving the underserved
- Caring for the entire family in community health centers
- Embrace DMG's mission of commitment to patient care, education, research and community service
- Work in an outpatient setting within a Community Health Center
- J1 or H1B visa eligibility
