Job Summary
Conduct full-spectrum outpatient family medicine within Valleywise Health Community Health Centers, serving a safety-net population with minimal on-call rotation. Manage clinical care for the entire family in a 10-center ambulatory system partnered with Valleywise Health Medical Center. Support teaching responsibilities as part of District Medical Group's faculty practice, which trains residents across nine programs and serves as a public teaching health system. Eligible for Federal and State HPSA Loan Repayment and Public Service Loan Forgiveness programs. Board Certified or Board Eligible physicians (MD or DO) are required.
