Job Summary
Conduct full-spectrum outpatient family medicine within Valleywise Health community health centers serving a safety-net population. Manage clinical care for the entire family while participating in teaching opportunities as a faculty group practice physician. Collaborate with physicians for physicians to support patient care, education, research, and community service missions. Work in an ambulatory setting with minimal call, utilizing hospital referrals through the Level 1 Trauma and Burn Center. Apply for Federal and State HPSA Loan Repayment Program and Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility. Submit CV to practice@dmgaz.org for consideration.
Required Qualifications
- Family Medicine Physician
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- MD or DO
- Passion for serving the underserved
- Caring for the entire family in community health centers
