Job Summary
Conduct full-spectrum outpatient family medicine services within Valleywise Health community health centers, serving a safety-net population in the Phoenix metropolitan area. Manage clinical care with minimal on-call rotation, supported by hospital referrals through the 450-bed Valleywise Health Medical Center. Provide teaching opportunities as part of District Medical Group's faculty practice, which trains residents across nine programs and partners with Creighton University. This role supports the mission of serving underserved communities within a not-for-profit system eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Family Medicine Physician
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- MD or DO
- Passion for serving the underserved
- Caring for the entire family in community health centers
- Embrace DMG's mission of commitment to patient care, education, research and community service
- Work in an outpatient setting within a Community Health Center
- J1 or H1B visa eligibility
