Job Summary
Provide full-spectrum ambulatory care to a safety-net population within a community health center setting, including outpatient services and teaching opportunities. Manage clinical responsibilities with minimal on-call rotation while collaborating with a faculty group practice to deliver care to the underserved. This role supports the mission of Valleywise Health as the Phoenix area's only public teaching system, offering career growth within a physician-led not-for-profit organization.
Required Qualifications
- Family Medicine Physician
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- MD or DO
- Passion for serving the underserved
- Caring for the entire family in community health centers
- Embrace DMG's mission of commitment to patient care, education, research and community service
- Work in an outpatient setting within a Community Health Center
- J1 or H1B visa eligibility
