Job Summary
Conduct full spectrum family medicine services in an outpatient community health center setting within the greater Phoenix Metropolitan area. Manage patient care for a safety-net population while providing teaching opportunities as part of a not-for-profit faculty group practice. Collaborate with hospital referrals through Valleywise Health Medical Center, which includes a Level 1 Trauma and Burn Center. This role supports DMG's mission of commitment to patient care, education, research, and community service within a unique practice run by physicians for physicians. Required Qualifications
- Family Medicine Physician
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- MD or DO
- Passion for serving the underserved
