Job Summary
Provide full-spectrum family medicine services in an outpatient community health center setting, serving a safety-net population alongside teaching opportunities within a public health system. Manage hospital referrals through Valleywise Health Medical Center while embracing a mission focused on patient care, education, research, and community service. Work as part of a 450+ physician not-for-profit faculty group that trains residents across nine programs. This role supports the District Medical Group's goal of increasing physician numbers in Arizona through expanded health education programs.
Required Qualifications
- Family Medicine Physician
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- MD or DO
- Passion for serving the underserved
- Caring for the entire family in community health centers
- Embrace DMG's mission of commitment to patient care, education, research and community service
- Work in an outpatient setting within a Community Health Center
- J1 or H1B visa eligibility
