Job Summary
Conduct full-scope family medicine in an outpatient community health center setting within the greater Phoenix Metropolitan area. Provide patient care for a safety-net population while embracing a mission of commitment to patient care, education, research, and community service. Collaborate with a 450+ physician not-for-profit faculty group practice that partners with Valleywise Health, a public teaching system serving Arizona. Maintain minimal call and work in a 100% outpatient environment with opportunities for career growth and leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Family Medicine Physician
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- MD or DO
- Passion for serving the underserved
- Caring for the entire family in community health centers
- Embrace DMG's mission of commitment to patient care, education, research and community service
- Work in an outpatient setting within a Community Health Center
- J1 or H1B visa eligibility
