Job Summary
Outpatient family medicine physician position in community health centers serving underserved populations in the Phoenix area. Board Certified/Board Eligible MD or DO sought for full-spectrum family medicine with minimal call, in a not-for-profit group practice affiliated with Valleywise Health. Community-focused role includes teaching opportunities, loans/PSLF eligibility, and potential for career growth and leadership within a system of ten FQHCs. J1 or H1B visa eligibility. 100% outpatient with strong emphasis on patient care, education, and service in a public teaching health system. Locations include Phoenix, AZ and Arizona City, AZ. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible MD or DO in Family Medicine
- Ambulatory care/outpatient experience (preferred)
- Eligibility for J1 or H1B visa (given in posting)

- Not-for-profit/faculty group practice affiliation with District Medical Group Inc. and Valleywise Health
