Family Medicine Physician – Ambulatory Services

Job Summary
Conduct full-spectrum family medicine services in an outpatient community health center setting within the greater Phoenix Metropolitan area. Provide care to a safety-net population while participating in teaching opportunities as part of a not-for-profit faculty group practice. Manage hospital referrals through Valleywise Health Medical Center, which operates a 450-bed Level 1 Trauma and Burn Center. The role includes minimal on-call rotation and offers competitive compensation with a commencement bonus. Eligible candidates may qualify for Federal and State HPSA Loan Repayment Program and Public Service Loan Forgiveness. This position supports DMG's mission of commitment to patient care, education, research, and community service through its partnership with Valleywise Health.
Required Qualifications
- Family Medicine Physician
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- MD or DO
- Passion for serving the underserved
