Job Summary
Family Medicine Physician sought for ambulatory, outpatient care in a community health system partnered with Valleywise Health. The position focuses on full-spectrum family medicine in FQHC/community health centers, serving a safety-net population, with opportunities in teaching and program development. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- MD or DO degree
- US medical license or eligibility for DMG/VWH affiliated practice
- Outpatient/ambulatory Family Medicine experience
- Ability to work in a community health center setting
- J1 or H1B visa eligibility
