Job Summary
Provide full-spectrum ambulatory care within a community health center serving a safety-net population. Manage outpatient visits for the entire family, including underserved patients, while participating in teaching opportunities as part of a faculty group practice. Collaborate with Valleywise Health Medical Center for hospital referrals and support the organization's mission of education, research, and community service. This role includes minimal on-call rotation and offers competitive compensation with a commencement bonus. Employment is through District Medical Group Inc., a not-for-profit organization eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Family Medicine Physician
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- MD or DO
- Passion for serving the underserved
- Caring for the entire family in community health centers
- Embrace DMG's mission of commitment to patient care, education, research and community service
- Work in an outpatient setting within a Community Health Center
- J1 or H1B visa eligibility
