Job Summary
Conduct full-scope outpatient family medicine services within a community health center serving a safety-net population. Manage patient care with minimal on-call rotation while participating in teaching opportunities for residents and students. Collaborate with a 450-physician not-for-profit faculty group practice that partners with Valleywise Health, a public teaching system and Level 1 Trauma center. Serve the underserved in the greater Phoenix Metropolitan area through a mission-driven, physician-led organization.
Required Qualifications
- Family Medicine Physician
- Board Certified/Board Eligible
- MD or DO
- Passion for serving the underserved
- Caring for the entire family in community health centers
- Embrace DMG's mission of commitment to patient care, education, research and community service
- Work in an outpatient setting within a Community Health Center
- 100% outpatient
- Minimal call
